Where Purpose Meets Potential
H.Y.P.E. — Harnessing Youths' Potential and Energy — is a mentoring organization based in Marrero, Louisiana, that equips young people with the tools, support, and opportunities they need to thrive. Through weekly group mentoring, life skills training, career exposure, community outings, and 1-on-1 coaching, we help youth uncover their purpose and become a powerful force in their homes, schools, and communities.

That’s why we host monthly outings that give our youth the chance to step outside their normal routines, connect with their peers, and simply enjoy being kids. Every outing is a celebration of growth, progress, and community — because when youth feel supported and seen, they shine.
