Youth Mentoring Session
In our youth mentoring sessions, H.Y.P.E. will harness their potential and youthful energy by locating their interest and focusing on specific targets and goals. We will hold them accountable to the individualized plans that we create with them to attain those goals while simultaneously working to decrease risk factors and increase the protective factors through effective best practices. H.Y.P.E.'s ultimate goal is to make them a positive force in their communities, schools, and families.
We want to put these youth in the power and presence of Mighty men and women in our community.

1 on 1 Coaching
H.Y.P.E. also offers 1 on 1 coaching in which we utilize a wide variety of experience and education to develop individualized plans for anyone seeking guidance. If we don't have the information in-house we will work passionately to make sure our participants are connected with the right source. Our coaching opportunities range from simple personal budgets to career exploration. Many of the participants in our program are passionate, hardworking individuals who desire to live a life of purpose and not just earn an income. This 1 on 1 coaching helps provide the focus and direction needed to create a successful and achievable individualized game plan. H.Y.P.E. will help you find your passion and build your agenda around it!
